Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote. Paid work starts only when both sides sign a scope, and you own what we build for you once it is paid for.
The website, not the engagement
Using kordian.in means accepting these terms. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement — a scope, a price per phase and a schedule — signed by both sides. Where the two disagree, the signed agreement wins. AInops is sold separately at ainopss.com under its own terms, and nothing here applies to it.
Written, and valid for 30 days
We quote after the call, in writing, from the written finding. A price band mentioned in conversation is an estimate and binds no one. Written quotes hold for 30 days. Consultancy fees are quoted in ₹ for Indian clients and € for European clients, exclusive of GST or local taxes, which are added at the rate in force on the invoice date.
You own the deliverable; we keep our tooling
On full payment for a phase, the code and documents written for you in that phase are yours, assigned outright. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tooling, libraries and know-how, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them inside the deliverable. Third-party and open-source components keep their own licences, listed at handover. AInops and everything in it stays ours and is licensed by subscription, not sold.
Your systems stay yours
We work in your cloud and your repositories under your access controls, and we treat everything we see there as confidential. We will not name you as a client, publish a case study, or show your interface anywhere without your written agreement. We keep no copy of your data after handover beyond what the agreement requires.
What this site does not promise
The content here is described as accurately as we can manage but is provided without warranty, and we may change it without notice. AI systems produce probabilistic output: we do not warrant that any model will be correct in every case, and where accuracy is critical the engagement includes human review. Our liability under an engagement is capped at the fees paid for the phase in question, and we exclude indirect and consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Quote it, do not republish it
The text, design and code of this site are ours. You may quote from it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own. Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and are not responsible for it. We do not promise the site is always up — it is a website, not a service you are paying for.
Indian law, Indian courts
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the Indian courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of Kordian. For personal data, see the privacy notice. Questions: hello@kordian.in.
