We build AI software, and retrofit AI into the software you already run.
The piece in the middle that lets it stand.
Three parallel lines of work — a product we run ourselves, custom builds for one problem, and retrofits into systems already in production. When AI is not the right answer, we say so.
Three parallel lines of work
Not three stages of one engagement. Most clients only ever need one of them.
AInops is the flagship — an AI-based inventory and operations manager on web and mobile. We are our own first client, which is why we can tell you how it behaves in production rather than in a demo.
AI-based software designed around a specific problem in your operation. Where AI is not the better answer, we build it without AI and put the reasoning in writing.
We add AI capability to software already in production, then keep operating it. Models drift; a retrofit that nobody monitors quietly stops being an asset.
Each of the three, in more detail: what you get, what we need from you, and when it is the wrong line of work.
An AI-based inventory and operations manager on web and mobile. Built, owned and run by Kordian — the one piece of our work you can go and use today.
Four tiers, published on the product site. Excludes 18% GST. Two months free when you pay annually.

Stock counts that match the floor, not last night's export.
Daily, weekly or on demand — written, not just charted.
Work in progress on a board the floor and the office both read.
Thresholds that follow actual consumption, not a fixed number.
Who can see cost, who can only see counts — set per role.
Two warehouses and a van are one number, live.
We have no case studies. We do have a process.
Kordian is early, so there are no logos or percentages on this page. Judge us on the way the work runs — and on AInops, which we operate ourselves.
We ask what the problem costs you today, what you have already tried, and what systems sit around it. You meet the people who would do the work.
The problem in your own words, and whoever owns the system it touches.
We send a few pages: what the problem actually is, which line of work fits, the price band, and where the risk sits. If AI is the wrong tool, this is the document that says so.
Read it and argue with it. It is yours to keep either way.
We work in your cloud and your repositories, in two-week increments, with a small named team. Something you can actually use exists before the end of the first month.
Access, one decision-maker, and an hour a fortnight to look at it.
We monitor, retrain and fix on a monthly retainer — or hand over to your team with the documentation to do it themselves. Both are priced before the build starts.
Retainer or handover. We do not make handover difficult.
We quote after the call, not before it.
A number without a scope is a guess, and you would be right not to trust it. What we can tell you now is the shape: fixed price per phase, quoted from the written finding, invoiced on delivery of each phase rather than by the hour. Retainers are monthly and cancellable. Indian clients are invoiced in ₹; for European clients we quote and invoice in €.
A retrofit into something you already run, or a single workflow rebuilt. One phase, one invoice.
Split into phases you can stop between. Each phase is priced and useful on its own — no all-or-nothing programme.
AInops is published, priced and self-serve — start there while we scope the larger piece.
Naming the constraint now is cheaper for both of us than finding it in month three.
We will not Sell you a model where a database query would do.
We will not Quote a number before the finding is written.
We will not Show you a demo that cannot survive real data.
We will not Hand over a prototype and call it delivery.
We will not Take work we are too small to run properly.
Book a call
One call, no charge, no deck. Tell us roughly what the problem is and we will tell you on the call whether it is one we should take.
